In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us, including account information, user content data (such as prompts, inputs, outputs, and uploaded media), voice data, and payment information.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

User Content Data. When you use our AI Products, we collect user content data, including prompts, inputs, outputs, images, videos, and other content that you upload to, generate, or otherwise make available on or through the Services, as well as associated metadata and interaction data (e.g., your votes, ratings, or selections among AI-generated outputs). Metadata includes information on how, when, where, and by whom a piece of content was collected and how that content has been formatted or edited.
Voice Data. If you use voice-enabled features of our Services, we may collect audio recordings and voice data.
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

To create aggregated, de-identified, and/or anonymized data. We may create aggregated, de-identified, and/or anonymized data from your personal information and other individuals whose personal information we collect. We make personal information into de-identified and/or anonymized data by removing information that makes the data identifiable to you, and we will not attempt to reidentify any such data. We may use this aggregated, de-identified, and/or anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Services and promote our business.

Before sharing your user content data with AI Technology Providers, we take steps to remove personal information, such as your username and email address, from the content. However, if you include personal information within the content itself (e.g., within a prompt, image, or uploaded document), that information may be shared with the AI Technology Providers. By using the AI Products on the Services, you direct us to disclose your user content data to such AI Technology Providers. We do not control how AI Technology Providers may use your user content data after it has been shared. Other Users and the Public. Your user content data and certain other personal information may be visible to other users of the Services and the public. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. However, if you include personal information within the content itself (for example, within a prompt, an image, or an uploaded document), that personal information may be shared with the AI Technology Providers. We do not control how AI Technology Providers use your user content data once it has been shared with them. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider. You should not submit any content to the Services that you would not want shared with third-party AI Technology Providers. Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential information, or information about third parties without their consent in any prompts, uploads, or other content submitted through the Services.

In Short: We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
